Our turn-key process relieves you of all the hassles of creating,
formatting and e-mailing your e-newsletter. We provide consistency
that your system may lack. Also, our technology allows us to provide
tracking services not available through standard e-mail programs or
list servers.
When a newsletter is sent, can people
see who else is receiving it?
No. Each newsletter is individually addressed to your recipient.
And YOUR email address (not ours) will appear in the "from"
line as well.
Why do I need to post my e-newsletter
to the web if I am e-mailing it?
Integrity Marketing is pioneering the concept of interactive
e-newsletters. The idea is to encourage email readers to click to the
Web-based version of your e-newsletter where they can find more
interactive elements. This also allows us to implement the technology
to track your readership.
Where is the "landing"
website located?
Your e-newsletter will be posted to a "landing" website
located at http://www.mylegalnews.com/yourname.
This website can be seamlessly linked to your firm's website.
How do the "archives" work?
Each month, your current newsletter will be posted to the main
section of your "landing" website, and the previous month's
newsletter will go into the archive. This online archive can be searched
through a clickable table of contents. The archive will maintain one year
(12 issues) of newsletters only. This avoids the problem of possibly
providing out-dated information to your website visitors.
How many e-newsletters can I send
each month?
There is no practical limit to the number of e-newsletters you can
send monthly. Due to server requirements, special arrangements may be
necessary if your list includes more than 1,000 names.
How many articles are in each
newsletter?
Each newsletter includes two main articles and a short feature.
Depending on the version you choose (see
the Features page), your e-newsletter also may include additional
items.
Can I supply my own content?
If you choose the Custom Template, you may supply your own
articles, as long as they fit within the format guidelines for length.
How is my e-newsletter personalized?
Each newsletter template is slightly different, see the Features
page for specific information.
Can I put a personal message into the
newsletter like I can with Pocket Watch®?
Yes. See the Features
page for a more thorough explanation.
How long is my subscription
commitment?
Your initial contract will run for 12-months. Unless you cancel
your contract, it will automatically renew at the end of the term.
If I use the e-newsletter, does it
make sense to keep mailing the Pocket Watch®?
Yes. The e-newsletter is designed to work with your Pocket Watch
newsletter subscription. Typically, we find that clients will use
"hard copy" newsletters in a number of supportive ways,
including as mailers to referral sources, prospects and clients for
whom they do not have e-mail addresses. There are a number of
advantages to the hard-copy newsletter, including the perceived value
of a full-color newsletter. If you are a Pocket Watch newsletter
subscriber, you will receive favorable pricing when you ADD the
e-newsletter to your marketing program.
If I already have a website, what
will it cost to upgrade to the e-newsletter service?
If you have a website through another company, you can add the
e-newsletter for $250 per month. If you have a website through Integrity
Marketing Solutions, you can upgrade to a package that includes both your
website and the e-newsletter service for only $300 per month. If you
subscribe to the Pocket Watch newsletter, you can add the e-newsletter and

How do I get a list of e-mail
addresses?
ASK. The best way to gather e-mail addresses is to ASK your
prospects, clients and referral sources to supply them to you. There
are a number of ways to ask, including direct-mail forms, fax-forms,
telephone calls, and personal inquiries. One of the best ways,
however, is to promote your new e-newsletter through advertising and
direct mail and invite people to sign-up through a subscription box on
your "landing" website. (We provide the subscription box for
this purpose.)
How do I get my e-mail list to you?
E-mail your list to us monthly as an Excel spreadsheet or as a
delimited ASCII text file. Please call 1-877-352-2021 and ask for
April if you need assistance in this process.
Is my list kept private?
Absolutely. Your list is used for distribution purposes only and
is stored on our secure server. We maintain complete confidentiality
with the email lists, as we do with all of the mailing lists we
maintain for clients.
What do I need to do to get set-up to
use the e-newsletter?
It's an easy three-step process. First, call us toll-free at
1-877-352-2021 to speak to a sales representative, who will help you
choose the format design most appropriate for your needs. Second, send
us your photograph as a digital file and your personalization
information. Finally, upload your e-mail list. That's it. It couldn't
be any easier!
Can I send you my photograph and
other personal information for the e-newsletter by email?
Yes. That is our preferred method. We need your photograph in a *.jpg
digital format. Please call 1-877-352-2021 if you need assistance.
