New: Import Contact Records From Microsoft Outlook

Interactive Legal Systems announces a new feature for Wealth Transfer Planning. For those who maintain an Outlook Address book for their clients, spouses and related parties, you can now avoid reentering the information when doing a client interview. WTP has added a firm preference to permit Outlook Integration on the Firm Preferences dialog. Once set on a given matter, a new button will appear on the Client, Spouse and Contact Database dialogs, titled "Click to Import From Contact Record From Outlook." When you click this button, you can select a record from your Outlook Address book and it posts the information found in Outlook to your respective client, spouse or contact dialog. In particular, it will bring in First, Middle and Last Name, Address, Main Telephone, Home Telephone, Fax, Email and Birthday. For entities, it will also bring in the name of the Company, the Company Contact and the Contact's Title.
